Um....Opps?

After a fantastic start in our weight loss, I feel I have blown it!  Oops!  Last night we went to the Wilson's for dinner.  I took a veggie tray and some apples and strawberries with fat free carmel dip.  And I took a bottle of wine and my new wine glass that has the measuring lines on it.  I was set.  I had one 4 oz glass of wine.  And some veggies and fruit.  Another 4 oz glass.  Dinner was 2 small pieces of halibut, a small helping of stuffing, green beans, salad and a piece of jalapeno cornbread.  And more wine.  Then Gayle brought out her dessert, these absolutely delicious cookies (I ended up having 2, but hey, they were small), and a piece of cheesecake (also somewhat small).  Oh, and more wine.  By time we came home, after 11:00, I had drank an entire bottle of wine!  I didn't even try to track everything!  I am just going to finish the week assuming I used all my 49 weekly pointsplus allowances and will have to be diligent about staying at my daily points of 29!  I can do this!  I probably should throw in a little more exercise too.  I gave up beer for Lent, and figured this would help me lose weight because I am not a big wine drinker.  I figured a glass or 2 would be all I would drink.  Guess I was wrong!
