Back On Track

Well, yesterday wasn't too great either!  My goodness, weekends can get you!  And I really tried hard for what I had going on.  Oh well, I'll just keep trying my best.  Today was a lot better.  Of course I was home all day, that helped.  I even made bacon and eggs for breakfast since Morgan was home!  It was tough, but I only had 2 pieces of bacon!  And I made my egg in a seperate pan, not in the bacon grease like I usually do.  I also ate a lot more fruit today.  I did make the most delicious supper, it is definitely a keeper.  I made  pork medallions with a mushroom marsala sauce, couscous and steamed broccoli (why haven't I tried that earlier, so much better than the frozen stuff!).  The pork medallions were SO delicious...I think I want to have our friends over for dinner some night and make them.  I am usually not a pork person, but seriously, these are so tender and juicy.  Yummmm!  I have 6 pointsplus values left for the day, so I think I am making a WW chocolate smoothie with a banana and a TBS of peanut butter.  Its delicious! 
So I think next Sunday I will post a picture with my sweat pants and Under Armour shirt on again.  I am just a bit aprehensive about this weeks weigh in, since it's been a struggle this week!
