Oatmeal or cupcakes?

Well, today started off pretty good. I got up and got on my treadmill (remind me to dust it, will you?), and re-started my "Couch to 5K" program. Then I did a few crunches and stretches. I traded the yummy red velvet mini cupcakes with a ton of cream cheese frosting, for a breakfast of oatmeal and a banana. Then I went grocery shopping. Ashley and I actually sat down last night and made a menu for an entire week! I am really good at making a menu for Monday through Thursday, and giving myself the weekend to "have fun". But, thanks to Ashley, we decided to make that menu for the entire 7 days of the week! So now I have most of the ingredients for everything (can't believe Wal-Mart doesn't have lobster ravioli) and will try to find the rest at another store. So far, I don't feel any different. What? It takes longer than a day? Patience and persistance is what I always tell my memebers, if only someone would tell me!
