I haven't blogged in a couple of years, but today, all that changes. I put on a new Under Amour shirt and really took a look at myself, it wasn't pretty. What have I done to myself I ask. So, things are going to change, and I'm hoping you are going to help!
You see, I'm a Weight Watchers leader. I started my journey in September, 1999 and I was SO successful I went to work for them when I reached lifetime. But the years came and went and my weight went up and down, but in the past year, I haven't seen it go down. But I haven't worried about it either. And then came the Under Armour shirt. You see that? Ick! So my hope is this...I will write as often as possible about my weight loss journey, the highs and lows, the funny things and the things that make me scream. I plan on posting a picture of myself weekly in this Under Armour shirt, and am hoping we all see a difference! And I'm also hoping that I will get comments from those that read this. We all have our struggles, and this is mine. Join me on my journey, and maybe I won't fall on my face!
