I Get It Now!
I'm finally catching on....the reason things like FedEx, UPS and the likes cost so much is the packaging! Ashley's phone came....the box is way bigger than it needs to be for a small little phone. It had those plastic air "pillows" in it. That's really all that was in there, a little paperwork, a tiny phone and a bunch of packaging to keep it all safe. Whatever.....seems wasteful to me!

I think it has to do with the way they handle the packages. Cheaper to do all that packaging that pay for all the stuff they'd break otherwise!
And at least you didn't have to pay for it this time.
Hang on to that spare battery--it could come in handy!
