That's the verdict on Morgan's cell phone. We took it in today after school and they said it's defective. Good news is, we only bought it in August and it does have a year warranty, so she was given another phone (same kind) in it's place. Bad news, since it wouldn't turn on, there was no way to transfer her phonebook, so she'll have to put her numbers in all over.
Now if I could just get her to wake up to her alarm clock, things would be great!

No SIM card? Or had she just not saved her numbers to it? I think I will go check that all of mine are on there as well as the phone. Just in case.
