Yes, it's true....my girls are growing up. You'd think knowing that Ashley is officially a senior and Morgan a freshman would give me a clue. But today is when it really hit. Ashley left this morning for her first "real" job. She is working at Target, which is great, one of my favorite stores in the whole world! She left wearing kahki pants and a red t-shirt. My little Target employee. How in the world did my kids get to this age? I know I sure haven't gotten any older. Those gray hairs and fine lines really don't mean anything!
But, alas, the kids do seem to grow up so quickly, it's hard on me. I see little girls around town and think, my kids used to be that little. How does this happen?
