Top This...Oh Ye Procrastinators!
Three weeks ago we got a name of a child off our church's "Jesse Tree". We shopped that very day for gifts. We decided I would make a blanket (you know, the fleece kind that requires no sewing, just tying). I bought the material a week later. It sat in a bag at the dining room table. Saturday I mentioned to the ladies I work with (at a Christmas luncheon) I needed to make that blanket because the gift was supposed to be back at church no later than the 18th....which of course was yesterday! Morgan rolled her ankle at volleyball practice, it's now in an aircast. I am going to use that as an excuse for why I forgot about the blanket, until 6:30 a.m. Sunday morning. When I jumped out of bed, showered, started the blanket, woke up Morgan to help (she is good at tying them), got ready for church, finished the blanket and wrapped all the gifts by 8:00 when we were almost ready for church. If that isn't procrastination, then fill me in!

Wow--you may even have me beat, and that takes some doin'.
You win. And... as C said... that's saying a LOT. I AM impressed with your fortitude though. I turned my church tree stuff in a week late. Not because of procrastination. I had the stuff. Just... forgot? Bleah. I feel like such a loser.
