Three Cheers!

Both the kids deserve some cheers!

First off, Ashley, the girl who was so shy in kindergarten the only person she talked to on the playground was the aid watching them, tried out for a duet for their choir concert! Without any piano accompanying them! I just talked to her, she said they did well, but don't know when they'll find out if they get a spot!

Morgan's volleyball team won a tough game against a big rival. Now Morgan didn't get to play, she has hurt her wrist twice and the coach wants it to heal completely before playing. He'd like her for tournaments! Anyway, after crying and vowing to quit when she found out she couldn't play, she pulled it together and cheered on her team (and was a line judge).

Character....that's what the girls are showing me these days. I like it!
