Rambling ll

Okay, I had to take an unscheduled trip into hubby's work and while driving I thought of all sorts of things I could write on my blog.....I should start carrying a tape recorder with me and put my thoughts into it, because for the life of me, I have no idea what I was thinking about! I do know while driving the 40 mile round trip, I was a bit peeved, since I was planning on trying to cut back on my trips here and there, do my errands on the days I go to work, etc., to save on gas. Well, I went to Wal-Mart yesterday after work and grabbed what I remembered I needed, only to find we were just about out of laundry detergent when I got home. So I went back to town today, got the oil changed, went to Wal-Mart and then decided I wouldn't have to go anywhere until this evening when I have to help with the church's steak dinner and silent auction. WRONG! Hubby needed a electrical attachement thing for his truck since he was pulling a cooker that is owned by his work to the church. Of course, they didn't have the right attachment for hubby's truck. So, Chester (the dog) and I made the trip to his work and back for him.....when I got home he called to tell me some guy had one and could go get it. Too late, I'd already been there and back. Then he has the nerve to ask me to stop at the ATM and get money.....sheesh, he's needy! Ha!Ha!
