Better Frame of Mind
Okay, yesterday I whined about my lack of weight loss. I contemplated eating to make myself feel better, but I knew in the long run it wouldn't. So I worked out, ate sensibly (hubby brought home the best cantalope I've ever had), wore my pedometer all day, made supper and ate after we'd grilled hot dogs for the middle school open house (and no, supper wasn't hot dogs, it was a WW's corn chowder recipe) and after I ate my supper, I went for a walk. On a whim, I got on the scale today, altho I don't recommend this to my members, and I was down 1.5 lbs from the day before! I know weight fluctuates easily from day to day, but this made me feel soooo much better! I'm working hard at staying on track!
